Raising competitiveness at Koroknai Imre sole trader

Koroknai Imre, sole trader, has completed project GINOP_PLUSZ-1.2.4-25-2025-01512 with the help of 20.88 million HUF in non-repayable European Union funding, under the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme Plus and the Széchenyi Plan Plus programme.

Széchenyi Terv Plusz, the Government of Hungary, co-financed by the European Union

The aim of the development was to raise the competitiveness of the business, improve how efficiently it operates and improve the customer experience. The investment rested on three pillars: equipment, the move to digital, and modernising the premises, which together support the long-term, sustainable operation of the business.

Equipment

The equipment budget bought the modern teaching and servicing tools needed to raise the standard of driver training and make practical instruction more effective. This equipment is essential to running heavy machinery and driver training courses at the right standard, and to maintaining and operating the training fleet.

The move to digital

The second pillar of the project was IT and digital development. Cloud-based business services and software automate administrative work, speed up how customer enquiries are handled, and make day-to-day operation clearer and more efficient.

Energy modernisation

The third element of the investment was the energy modernisation of the premises, carried out at the Debrecen site. The energy work (an industrial door and insulation, among other things) cuts running costs over the long term, contributes to environmental sustainability, and provides a more comfortable, more modern teaching environment.
